FISH PREPARATION
Modern distribution systems and innovation would be of no use, however, without the mainstay of Finpesca®'s business: essential quality. READY TO COOK AND READY TO EAT
In the initial phase of the preparation process, the fish in the Aquolina range® is carefully cleaned and gutted and then weighed, filleted and divided into portions. This is followed by the creative phase: we prepare the fish according to tasty Aquolina® recipes and then pack it in handy trays to fully preserve the freshness and goodness of the ingredients used. At this point, our “Ready to Serve” products, “Fresh Sauces” and “Ready to Cook” products are put into trays in protected atmospheres and then sold to major chains in the Large-scale retail sector.

The fish storage and preparation process is carried out under the direct supervision of our experts, who ensure compliance with all European health and environmental standards in the food industry, from selecting raw materials to end products.
PRE-PACKED FISH
The term “pre-packed products” refers to the packing of whole fish and to the catch prepared as fillets or steaks. These products, designed to meet the changing needs of modern consumers, are on sale in the large-scale retail sector. These guaranteed, safe and fresh products are packed in trays and sealed with heat-sealed film and labelled individually. Freshly packed Aquolina® - Finpesca® products are delivered to retail outlets within 12 hours of being packed, guaranteeing really fresh products!
