A CHAIN WITH 100% TRACEABILITY

In compliance with food safety regulations, Finpesca® guarantees the traceability of all the products it sells, using a computerised system to identify and read product lots. After passing stringent quality controls, each incoming lot is assigned a bar code identifying the lot, which is then read on the way out by portable optical reading devices. Product traceability is guaranteed not only for the fish caught but also for the other products used in the various preparations for ready meals.

FROM INBOUND ORDERS TO SHIPMENTS AND INVOICING

At Finpesca®, every day a special team of more than ten people handles incoming product orders from Italy and abroad and the subsequent issue of shipping documents for outgoing products for carriers and for Italian and foreign customers. Highly efficient organisation allows the cold chain required for fish products to be managed very quickly.
